TUESDAYS: ALDERSHOT SPORTS FIELD, Opposite the Military Stadium, on Queens Avenue.
5pm for Yellow group, 6pm for Green group. 7pm for Red Group.
FRIDAYS: WEYBRIDGE/ WALTON on THAMES, ASHLEY PARK, Ashley Park Avenue.
11am for Green group, 12pm for Yellow group.
SATURDAYS: GUILDFORD, STOKE PARK. London Road and Avonmore Avenue.
10am for Yellow group, 11am for Green group. 12pm for Red Group.
All sites have ample FREE parking and public toilets.

Our fitness camps combine cardio, agility exercises, strength training, circuit training, performing high tempo exercises such as squats, lunges, press ups, sit ups and aerobic drills to get you fit fast.
Don't take our word for it! Come down and ask our students, who keep coming back, time and time again. This exciting cross-training approach to fitness will get you moving, seeing results and having more fun than you would at the gym.
Each Ultra Burn is designed to so you will immediately improve your fitness, tone and firm the whole body while increasing core strength and stability. It doesn't matter what age, sex, size, shape, super-fit or super-unfit you are - everyone is welcome and everyone WILL get results! Your training sessions will be fun, energising and motivating workouts in small groups of a maximum of 20 like-minded people. Our Instructors have trained children, disabled adults, athletes and casual fitness from all walks of life.
